SS4B, LLC (dba Services and Solutions for Business) is a firm that provides consulting services and lending solutions for businesses.  We have over 30 years of banking experience, with companies like Bank of America, Citibank and local regional and community banks such as City National Bank and Community Bank.  We have experience with every part of your banking cycle, from start to finish!

Our Founder - Adam Russell

Our Founder’s experience comes from a myriad of career related positions in Corporate, Commercial, Business and Retail Banking. His community service also includes Board and Credit Committee experience with Enterprise Funding Corp, (an SBA CDC), serving on the board of a local foster youth services non-profit that administers to over 500 youth and being on the board of the Inland Empire Chapter of the Risk Management Associates.

Adam also has additional experience gained as an Adjunct Professor of Finance at California State University, San Bernardino starting in 2012. Degrees include a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Los Angeles, and an MBA in Finance from the University of Southern California.
